Praxipal develops AI-powered healthcare professionals for modern medical practices. The company's flagship product, Luna, is an AI receptionist that automates patient communication in dental and medical practices. Having established market leadership in dentistry, Praxipal is now expanding into new medical specialties, new countries, and new products. As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own how the company acquires and wins new practices. You will systematically build out paid acquisition channels and ensure every marketing euro invested delivers measurable ROI. Key responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels - Independently manage the marketing budget, continuously monitoring CAC (customer acquisition cost) and other key metrics - Test new creatives, keywords, and landing pages; scale what works - Build a clean tracking and reporting infrastructure so decisions are data-driven, not intuition-based - Work closely with Sales and Product teams to continuously refine target audiences and messaging - Develop the performance marketing strategy from the ground up rather than managing an existing process The company emphasizes being tech-driven with a small, high-talent team. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS startups or SMB-focused environments - Proven track record independently managing budgets and demonstrably reducing CAC or increasing ROAS - Data-driven mindset; decisions based on metrics rather than assumptions - Proficiency with tracking and analytics tools - Hands-on approach; willing to tackle unglamorous tasks - Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken - Must work on-site in Berlin 5 days per week
