As Performance Marketing Manager for Display & CTV, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of display and connected TV advertising campaigns to drive user acquisition. This is a hands-on role where you'll operate directly within ad platforms, launching campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing in real time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and scaling Display and CTV campaigns from conception through optimization
- Owning conversion tracking end-to-end, including implementation, QA, and troubleshooting of conversion events, CAPI, and server-side integrations
- Designing and executing structured A/B tests to validate campaign hypotheses and drive performance improvements
- Monitoring and improving signal quality by enhancing event coverage, cleaning tracking data, and ensuring platforms receive high-quality conversion data
- Analyzing mobile measurement partner (MMP) data and platform analytics to identify optimization opportunities
- Developing bidding strategies, attribution models, and optimization windows that maximize ROI
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to align on tracking requirements and data infrastructure
- Moving quickly, iterating constantly, and letting performance data guide strategic decisions
You are a platform-native operator who is most comfortable hands-on-keyboard, actively pulling levers and optimizing performance rather than strategizing from a distance. You execute over theory, building and launching campaigns yourself rather than just planning them. You have deep technical ownership of conversion systems and understand bidding strategies, attribution models, and learning phases across platforms. You think like a growth engineer, using campaign structure, creative testing velocity, and signal quality as levers to unlock scale.
The role is based in Union Square, NYC, with office perks including lunch and dinner stipends. The work is tied to live sports, which may involve nights and weekends during major sporting events.
