Eve is an AI-native legal technology platform serving plaintiff law firms. The company has achieved product-market fit with 1000+ law firms, raised $160M from top-tier investors (Spark Capital, A16z, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed), and is growing 2X revenue quarter-over-quarter. The team includes engineers and operators from Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, and Lyft, collaborating directly with OpenAI and Anthropic on AI workflows for legal work. As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels. This is a hands-on role managing live budgets with direct visibility to closed revenue. You will build and optimize full-funnel campaigns driving demo requests and qualified pipeline, not just clicks. Key responsibilities include supporting paid media strategy and daily optimization, launching and iterating campaigns with continuous testing across audiences, creative, and landing pages, and fueling demand programs by aligning paid with nurture sequences, webinars, events, and account-based marketing plays. You will evaluate new paid channels (content syndication, podcasts, newsletters), track performance against CPL, cost per SQL, pipeline, and ROAS targets, and report clearly to leadership. You'll work closely with Sales, RevOps, content, and design teams to maintain attribution integrity and create on-brand creative. The role includes managing agency or contractor relationships while keeping strategy in-house. Required: 2–3 years in performance or growth marketing with hands-on B2B SaaS paid campaign experience. You must have direct experience building and managing Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns (not just reviewing dashboards). You need fluency in funnel metrics (CPL, CPMQL, ROAS), strong analytical skills with GA4, spreadsheets, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce + Marketo or similar). Experience integrating paid with webinars, events, nurture, and ABM is essential, as is conversion rate optimization and landing page testing. Clear communication and bias for action are critical. Nice-to-have: experience marketing to legal or professional services, familiarity with ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks) and intent data, and startup experience at Series A–C stage.
