CSC Generation is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own customer acquisition and retention across paid channels. You will manage day-to-day operations of Meta, Pinterest, and Google campaigns, with potential expansion into TikTok and AppLovin. The role emphasizes high-cadence creative and platform experimentation, with direct budget accountability and autonomy over spending decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing paid acquisition and retention channels (Meta, Pinterest, Google) with potential expansion
- Running continuous creative and channel-level experiments across platforms
- Owning cost-to-performance ratios with real budget accountability
- Using AI tools to automate reporting, testing, and optimization workflows to manage multiple platforms at scale
- Partnering with the broader team to connect systems and workflows across the portfolio
- Exploring emerging channels like GEO/AEO (generative engine optimization / answer engine optimization)
- Building reporting visibility into organic and owned channels (email, SMS, organic social) to provide leadership with comprehensive performance insights
The role reports to the Director of Digital and is positioned as a high-ownership position where you will be the decision-maker, not an agency liaison. Success in the first 3-6 months means establishing a mature testing cadence across core platforms and early progress on reporting visibility for organic and owned channels.
The company culture emphasizes craftsmanship, design, and inspired living, with flexibility and storytelling at its core. There is a clear growth path: if you automate meaningful portions of the work, you can transition into a shared-services resource role across additional brands in the portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and at least one additional platform (Pinterest, TikTok, or similar)
- Comfort managing channel-level budgets and accountability for cost-to-performance outcomes
- Working knowledge of AI tools for campaign optimization, reporting automation, or workflow acceleration
- Demonstrated self-direction; you will manage budget decisions autonomously and proactively fill capacity with testing and expansion
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with organic/algorithmic marketing in addition to paid
- Familiarity with GEO/AEO or interest in emerging AI-driven discovery channels
- DTC or ecommerce experience managing multi-platform budgets
- Prior experience as a shared-services resource across multiple brands
NOTE: This role requires a mandatory in-person interview prior to offer. Candidates unwilling or unable to attend will be removed from consideration. Valid LinkedIn profile URL required in application.
