Coram AI is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and campaign execution. You'll own the full lifecycle of paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels—from strategy and creative development through optimization and revenue attribution. Key responsibilities include planning and launching campaigns, managing budgets and bidding strategies, analyzing funnel performance from search through pipeline, writing ad copy and creative briefs, running structured A/B tests, and building AI-powered workflows to automate marketing operations. You'll partner closely with the Demand Generation Lead on strategy while handling day-to-day execution, cross-functional coordination with designers and developers, and performance reporting tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, analytical rigor, and leveraging AI tools (LLMs, GA4, attribution modeling) to drive efficiency and results. You'll manage multiple priorities, work with freelancers and agencies, and maintain focus on business metrics rather than vanity metrics. Required experience: 5–7 years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or fast-growing startups. Strong proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Demonstrated ability to connect campaign performance to pipeline and revenue. Practical experience using LLMs and AI tools for copywriting, research, and optimization. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bias toward action, ownership, and continuous improvement. Coram AI is an AI-native video security platform using computer vision and multimodal LLMs for real-time alerts, intelligent access control, and firearm detection. Founded by ex-Lyft engineers with PhDs from Cornell and Oxford, backed by Ansa Capital, Battery Ventures, and others, having raised $65M+ and named to CB Insights AI 100. Role requires 5 days/week onsite in Bangalore.
