Omnea is a Series B AI-native procurement platform backed by Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel. The company has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and is trusted by enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. You'll be the first dedicated owner of Omnea's performance marketing function, responsible for building a comprehensive understanding of marketing ROI and professionalizing the marketing operation.
In this role, you'll own the complete loop from marketing spend through to pipeline attribution. You'll build dashboards in Dreamdata tracking campaigns from first touch to closed-won, establishing what actually produces pipeline versus what merely looks busy. You'll manage a 6-figure annual paid advertising budget, with LinkedIn as the primary channel. Your agency partner handles campaign build and optimization; you set strategy, shape audience targeting, and decide testing direction.
Key responsibilities include: owning pipeline numbers for digital channels (volume, source, cost per opportunity); building and maintaining attribution dashboards using HubSpot and GA4; running a rigorous testing cadence to identify what works; managing LinkedIn Ads with audiences built from closed-won patterns and target account data rather than off-the-shelf targeting; owning website conversion optimization including forms, page structure, and post-click journeys; and building landing pages using the existing CMS component library.
You'll work closely with digital agency partners, field marketers running UK and US events, and the sales team. You'll report on what numbers mean, not just what they are, and make the case for budget increases when data justifies it.
Required experience: B2B marketing (in-house or agency), with a commercial mindset focused on pipeline and cost per opportunity rather than vanity metrics. You must understand paid mechanics deeply—audiences, match rates, attribution windows, frequency—with specific LinkedIn Ads expertise. You're comfortable building reports from scratch, spotting anomalies, and explaining trends. You've built pages in a CMS (assembling from components, not coding), worked with or inside agencies, and can write effective briefs.
Nice-to-have skills include HubSpot, Dreamdata, Google Ads, Campaign Manager; B2B SaaS experience selling to finance, procurement, legal, or risk functions; SEO fundamentals; and Figma proficiency for designer collaboration.
