Hilbert is a data science-first growth engine that provides B2C teams with predictive insights into user behavior and revenue drivers. The company works with Fortune 10 enterprises and brands like FreshDirect, Blank Street, and Levain Bakery.
This is a builder-operator role at the intersection of strategy and execution for someone with deep, hands-on experience across the full paid media ecosystem. You'll own multiple dimensions:
Customer Success & Strategy: Lead paid media onboarding end-to-end, connecting ad accounts, mobile measurement partners (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), GA4, and attribution stacks to Hilbert's platform. Work directly with customers on complex paid problems—cohort analysis, LTV interventions, cross-channel budget reallocation—and own outcomes alongside them.
Product Integration: Drive Hilbert's channel activation layer by defining and shipping use cases that send predictive outputs (pLTV, churn risk, propensity scores) back into Meta, Google, and other platforms as conversion events, value signals, and audiences. Work with engineering on Conversions API, offline events, and tool-based integrations.
Internal Operations: Build Hilbert's performance marketing playbooks and systems—the frameworks that define how the company operates across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, programmatic, and emerging channels.
Ideal candidates have owned paid growth outcomes (not just campaign execution), managed integrated multi-channel programs simultaneously, and understand modern measurement (MMPs, attribution modeling, SKAdNetwork, incrementality testing). You're technical enough to implement CAPI, offline conversion imports, server-side tracking, and MMP integrations. You're fluent in GA4, platform analytics, and attribution tools, and you naturally approach growth through experimentation. You believe the current approach to performance marketing is broken and want to help build what comes next.
