Hilbert is a data science-first growth engine that provides B2C teams with predictive insights into user behavior, revenue drivers, and growth actions. The company works with Fortune 500 enterprises and beloved brands like Walmart, FreshDirect, Blank Street, and Levain Bakery, helping operators run growth on an AI-powered platform that compresses months-long decision cycles into minutes. This is a builder-operator role for a performance marketing expert who understands the full paid media ecosystem—not just one channel or strategy layer, but the technical plumbing underneath. You'll own the intersection of building internal systems and working directly with customers. Key responsibilities include: owning customer paid onboarding end-to-end by connecting ad accounts, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), GA4, and attribution stacks to Hilbert; working directly with customers on complex paid media problems like cohort analysis, LTV interventions, and cross-channel reallocation; driving Hilbert's channel activation layer by defining use cases for sending model outputs (pLTV, churn risk, propensity scores) back into Meta, Google, and other platforms; setting paid media strategy for customer accounts by translating predictive outputs into budget allocation and growth interventions; and building Hilbert's internal performance marketing playbooks across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and programmatic channels. You should have genuine accountability for paid performance outcomes across multiple channels simultaneously, not just campaign execution. You understand modern measurement (MMPs, attribution modeling, SKAdNetwork, incrementality testing) and are technical enough to implement CAPI, offline conversion imports, server-side tracking, and MMP integrations. You're fluent in GA4, platform-native analytics, and attribution tools, and can combine multiple imperfect data sources into coherent performance views. You've inherited and solved complex growth problems, approach growth through experimentation, and believe the current performance marketing industry approach is fundamentally broken and worth rebuilding.
