Airtable is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own the company's paid acquisition strategy end-to-end. This is a high-impact role on the Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, where you'll drive one of Airtable's biggest growth levers. You will own full-funnel paid campaigns across self-serve and enterprise motions, from awareness through conversion. Key responsibilities include standing up new acquisition programs from scratch—including sponsorships, creator/UGC, and influencer partnerships—and scaling the ones that work into repeatable, durable engines. You'll explore emerging paid channels, including agentic surfaces like AI answer engines and marketplaces, to define how Airtable wins early in new spaces. You'll build and iterate on post-click experiences (landing pages, offers, messaging by audience and intent) to maximize conversion of paid traffic. The role emphasizes putting AI agents and automations at the center of team operations, moving beyond manual optimization. You'll partner across lifecycle, web, GEO, and product teams to align on the full customer journey, not just the click or signup. You'll also own attribution and reporting infrastructure that connects paid spend through activation and conversion to revenue. You bring 7+ years of performance marketing, growth, or demand gen experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. You've built new channels or programs from scratch and scaled them, not just optimized existing ones. You use AI, automation, and agents in your own work today and default to building solutions rather than waiting for others. You have deep, hands-on command of core paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing) and run them efficiently at scale. You move fast, operate well in ambiguity, and expand your own scope. You're analytical and experiment-driven, preferring to build in-house muscle rather than lean on agencies. Bonus experience includes managing large-scale paid budgets across self-serve and enterprise motions, and standing up measurement or experimentation infrastructure from scratch.
