Huzzle is a talent marketplace connecting high-performing professionals with global companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. The company works with startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech, placing sales talent into full-time remote roles. You will serve as a Performance Ads Manager, driving high-quality lead generation and growth for client campaigns. This is not a button-pushing roleโ€”you'll act as a strategic partner, owning the entire funnel from click to conversion. Your primary focus will be ensuring client "open days" are fully booked while maintaining efficient acquisition costs through constant optimization and competitive analysis. Key responsibilities include managing and scaling paid social campaigns to drive consistent bookings; maintaining and optimizing Cost Per Lead (CPL) within target ranges; improving Lead-to-Booking conversion rates through funnel analysis; conducting competitive research to keep clients ahead in their local markets; developing and testing creative concepts with content creators; A/B testing landing pages for maximum conversion; providing detailed monthly reporting on optimizations and strategic shifts; and utilizing Anytrack for server-side tracking and attribution accuracy. You will work in a small, collaborative team where ownership is valued and your impact is visible daily. The role requires working standard UK business hours and is fully remote. REQUIREMENTS: - High level of professional ownership, clear communication, and accountability to learn from mistakes and pivot quickly - Proven experience developing creative strategies and directing content creators to produce high-performing assets - Solid understanding of the agency ecosystem and ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team - Deep technical knowledge of paid media platforms and track record of hitting specific conversion targets - Ability to work standard UK business hours - Broader understanding of digital marketing to support a small, agile team across various functions - Proficiency with GoHighLevel (CRM) and Basecamp (Project Management) - Experience implementing AI tools intelligently and building automations to increase efficiency
