WelbeHealth is seeking a People Specialist to drive leadership development and learning initiatives across the organization. This role coordinates and executes enterprise programs including New Supervisor Bootcamp, Accelerating Leaders Program, and WelbeHealth Rounds—designed to support team member growth and leadership effectiveness. You will independently manage program coordination, design, and delivery in close partnership with People leadership, operational leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing leadership development programs, managing timelines and deliverables, coordinating across teams and markets, tracking participation metrics and outcomes, and creating program materials and communications. You'll maintain program momentum, adapt to changing priorities, and identify continuous improvement opportunities. The role is highly visible and collaborative across the organization, requiring regular interaction with leaders, facilitators, and team members at all levels. You'll develop and maintain tools, templates, and resources that support program scalability and consistency, while building strong working relationships across markets and central teams. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years in HR, learning and development, operations, project coordination, or related field; demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and competing priorities; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities; comfort in collaborative, stakeholder-facing environments; and strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. Preferred: experience supporting leadership development, learning programs, employee engagement, or organizational initiatives. The role requires monthly travel including 2–3 overnight stays, with a strong preference for living in California near WelbeHealth Centers or within 3 hours' driving distance.
