The People Partner role is a strategic HR advisory position based in Mexico, reporting to the People team. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership on HR matters, combining strategic insight with operational execution to optimize policies, procedures, and culture across the Mexico office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert HR advisory, guidance, and coaching to managers on people matters
- Proactively identifying people issues and trends, partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
- Optimizing day-to-day HR operations with a people-centric lens
- Leading performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures
- Contributing to the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures
- Embedding culture and enabling continuous growth and learning
You should bring experience in regulated financial services or fintech in a hyper-growth environment (banking, fintech preferred). Required competencies include logical and analytical thinking, strong project management, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, flexibility, and a data-driven, process-oriented approach to HR. You must have extensive knowledge of local Mexican labour laws, demonstrable experience developing and reviewing policies, and fluency in English. A results-driven, numbers-oriented mindset is essential.
