The People Partner role is a strategic HR advisory position based in São Paulo, Brazil. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and managers on HR matters, providing expert guidance and coaching. Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, providing expert HR advice, guidance, and coaching to managers
• Proactively identifying people issues and trends within the business, then collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
• Optimizing day-to-day HR operations while maintaining employee-centric focus
• Leading performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures
• Contributing to the development of world-class HR policies and procedures
This role bridges strategic insight with operational execution, helping to embed culture across teams and enable continuous growth and learning in a regulated financial services environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in a regulated financial services and hyper-growth environment (banking or fintech)
• Logical and analytical thinking
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Data and process-driven approach to HR
• Results-driven and numbers-oriented working style
• Extensive knowledge of local (Brazilian) labour laws
• Demonstrable experience reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
