As a People Operations Specialist reporting to the People Operations & People Program Lead, you will execute and continuously improve operational processes across the entire employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role partnering closely with People Partners, People Tech, Payroll, Legal, and Finance teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute core People Operations processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, leave, organizational updates) with speed and accuracy
- Own day-to-day administration and prepare documentation ensuring timely, accurate completion
- Maintain high-quality employee data and operational accuracy across all People processes
- Build, document, and maintain scalable operating procedures and playbooks for consistent global execution
- Coordinate People Operations activities across multiple stakeholders, countries, and time zones
- Identify manual work and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing improvements
- Partner with People Tech to improve workflows and prepare processes for automation
- Support international expansion, acquisitions, and organizational changes
- Establish operational metrics, monitor service quality, and drive continuous excellence
You bring 5+ years of People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Administration experience in fast-growing companies. You have exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative skills managing high volumes of employee lifecycle activities, and experience as an HR systems power user. You're highly organized with excellent prioritization skills, comfortable with rapidly changing priorities, and possess a continuous improvement mindset. Strong written documentation skills and independent work capability are essential. Experience with agentic workflows in People processes is a plus.
