Copado is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join its global People Team based in Jaipur, India. This role is critical to managing operational workflows across the employee lifecycle for a Series C DevOps platform serving 1,500+ enterprise customers.
You will own end-to-end people operations across 10+ countries, serving as the operational bridge between global employees, managers, departments, payroll providers, and external vendors. Key responsibilities include:
Global Onboarding & Offboarding: Execute new hire setups for employees and contractors across core HR platforms (Rippling, Sequoia, Papaya, Upwork, local payroll providers), ensuring accuracy and completeness of employment and compensation data. Own offboarding workflows including multi-system deactivations, termination communications, and exit compliance across regions.
Global Lifecycle Changes & Payroll Coordination: Process mid-cycle employment and compensation changes in HR systems and external platforms. Coordinate monthly global payroll inputs across 10+ countries, capturing regional requirements and ensuring timely, accurate payroll execution.
India Benefits Administration: Manage India-specific benefits programs, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for India-based employee benefits inquiries and administration.
Operational Excellence: Maintain detailed documentation of processes and workflows. Identify automation opportunities using an AI-native, automation-first mindset. Troubleshoot issues across systems and escalate complex matters appropriately. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across all operating regions.
The ideal candidate brings operational rigor, solution-oriented thinking, and experience managing complex multi-region HR operations. Familiarity with modern HR platforms and payroll systems is essential.
