Ankorstore is a B2B marketplace simplifying wholesale for independent brands and retailers. As a People Operations Partner, you will be the operational backbone of HR, managing end-to-end payroll for France and international locations, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-touch employee support.
Key responsibilities include: overseeing French payroll via Payfit and international payroll through external providers with regular audits; managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including contract drafting and visa handling; advising on employment law compliance and occupational health requirements; supporting compensation and benefits administration during salary reviews; acting as HRIS administrator for Personio, ensuring data integrity across systems; and driving continuous process automation and organizational initiatives.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, balancing operational precision with service excellence. The role requires identifying process improvement opportunities and optimizing the overall employee experience while maintaining rigorous legal adherence.
Required qualifications: minimum 5 years in People Operations with HR education background; proven expertise in French payroll and Payfit; strong understanding of French labor law and SYNTEC convention collective; experience with international HR (Spain, Germany a plus); advanced Excel and data analysis skills; excellent communication and pedagogical abilities; fluency in French and proficiency in written and spoken English.
