As People Operations Partner in Singapore, you will own day-to-day HR operations for the Singapore entity and support SEA & EA regions. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-growing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
**Day-to-day Operations**: Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding) across HR systems and payroll platforms. Maintain data integrity and coordinate with managers and functions to ensure smooth experiences for new joiners, internal moves, and exits.
**Payroll & Compliance**: Coordinate monthly Singapore payroll end-to-end with payroll vendors and Finance. Ensure accurate processing of pay, tax, CPF, and statutory components. Operationalize employment policies, templates, and controls. Partner with Legal and Finance on entity changes, audits, and compliance.
**Manager & Employee Support**: Serve as primary People Operations contact for managers and employees on contracts, leave, probation, data changes, and HR tools. Provide practical guidance balancing employee experience, compliance, and feasibility. Escalate complex cases appropriately.
**Program Delivery**: Localize and deliver global/regional people programs (performance cycles, manager training, benefits, HR system changes). Support Singapore People & Talent roadmap initiatives including wellbeing, automation, and process improvements.
**Process Improvement**: Build SOPs, checklists, and controls for scaling. Identify recurring issues and work with global teams to improve workflows and automation. Use data tools to monitor quality, payroll accuracy, and timeline adherence.
You'll partner closely with Singapore leaders, global People & Talent teams, and the Shared Service Centre to deliver consistent employee experience while maintaining local compliance and scalability.
