Keep handbooks, state-specific addenda, and required notices current. Maintain multi-state registrations. Handle EEO-1, OSHA 300 logs, and audit responses. Provide employee guidance on pay, benefits, leave, and policy.
Total Rewards: Run annual benefits renewal and open enrollment (broker management, plan design, cost modeling, communications, execution). Administer medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and ancillary plans. Maintain job architecture and FLSA classifications. Execute annual compensation cycle (benchmarking, budget modeling, manager tooling, calibration, letters, system entry). Price roles and provide offer recommendations. Run multi-state payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees. Build and administer timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance systems ahead of manufacturing ramp (overtime, shift differentials, meal/rest periods, retro pay, wage-and-hour compliance).
Required: 6+ years in people operations, HR operations, or total rewards with end-to-end payroll ownership. Hands-on multi-state payroll experience for exempt and non-exempt populations, including hourly, overtime, and timekeeping. Benefits ownership through renewal, open enrollment, and daily administration. Compensation operations experience (benchmarking, band construction, merit cycles, equity administration). Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability; advanced spreadsheet work required; SQL or BI tooling a plus. Comfortable operating with general guidance in fast-paced environments.
