Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 / annual
GoGuardian is seeking a People Operations Generalist to serve as a key operational partner supporting the organization's people strategy and systems. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers across all levels, owning process improvements, HRIS data integrity, and employee experience initiatives.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day HR operations, maintaining and optimizing HRIS systems (ADP, Lattice, Greenhouse), generating data-driven insights to inform people decisions, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws, and collaborating with leadership on strategic HR initiatives. You will leverage AI tools to streamline administrative workflows, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of HR generalist experience with deep systems-thinking capabilities. You should be an expert user of ADP, Lattice, Jira, and Greenhouse, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate HR metrics into actionable insights. You possess thorough knowledge of employment law and policy application, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for supporting a mission-driven EdTech organization transforming K-12 learning and safety.
