This full-time, in-office role (5 days/week with occasional Friday flexibility) focuses on tactical and administrative excellence across HR operations, talent acquisition coordination, and global hub management. Key responsibilities include: • HR Operations: Partner on employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain Workday data integrity, and support compliance tasks. • Talent Acquisition Coordination: Manage ATS workflows, handle executive scheduling, and coordinate on-site interviews. • Global Hub Support: Lead centralized management of global hub programs including lunch programs and Kadence system administration. • Local Workplace Experience: Serve as the HR point of contact for Atlanta and Toronto hub operations, managing day-to-day employee presence and light facilities coordination.
