Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries including food, mining, and transport. The company integrates hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate to deploy intelligent machines into real-world environments at scale.
As a People Operations Associate, you will support the recruiting function by scheduling and coordinating interviews across Atoms' global team spanning multiple time zones. You'll maintain data accuracy in recruiting tools (Greenhouse and GoodTime), communicate with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless experience, and identify opportunities to streamline recruiting operations and hiring processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with precision and care across time zones
- Communicate with candidates and hiring teams for a seamless interview experience
- Maintain data accuracy and organization in Greenhouse and GoodTime
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting operations
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience from start to finish
- Help build and facilitate interview training and calibration processes
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and playbooks for recruiting processes
- Partner with People/HR Ops on cross-functional projects such as onboarding handoffs or systems audits
You bring 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related administrative roles. You have exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with shifting deadlines. Proficiency with recruiting tools like Greenhouse or GoodTime is preferred. You're collaborative, service-minded, eager to learn recruiting systems and best practices, and comfortable working with data to spot inconsistencies and suggest process improvements.
This role is based in Atoms' Bogotá office with a requirement to work onsite five days a week. You'll work on bringing automation into the physical world to drive real, lasting impact on industries that move civilization forward.
