The People Experience Manager will work closely with the Chief People Officer to design and deliver programs, experiences, and people practices that support employees throughout their journey at the company. This is a broad, hands-on role combining strategic program design with operational execution.
Key responsibilities include: shaping the employee experience across critical lifecycle moments; designing and building people programs focused on connection, engagement, recognition, and performance; leading employee listening efforts including surveys and pulse checks, then translating feedback into action; partnering with leadership to identify organizational needs and take programs from conception through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement; partnering with the Talent Development leader on learning, manager development, and career growth initiatives; and using employee data and feedback to refine and improve programs over time.
The ideal candidate loves building experiences that make work better for people and is energized by turning ideas into tangible employee outcomes. They naturally build trust with employees and managers, navigate sensitive conversations with confidence, and balance creative strategic thinking with operational discipline. They're comfortable owning problems without a playbook and figuring out the path forward independently.
