The People Experience Manager will work closely with the Chief People Officer to design and deliver programs, experiences, and people practices that support employees throughout their journey at the company. This is a broad, hands-on role that bridges strategic program design with operational execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shape and continuously improve the employee experience across key lifecycle moments (onboarding, development, offboarding)
- Design and build people programs that strengthen connection, engagement, recognition, and performance
- Lead employee listening efforts including engagement surveys and pulse checks, translating feedback into actionable insights
- Partner with the CPO to identify organizational needs and take programs from conception through design, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted, visible member of the people team—employees and managers will seek your guidance, support, and perspective on people-related matters
- Handle important details of the employee lifecycle with exceptional care and attention
- Navigate sensitive conversations with confidence while maintaining strong judgment and empathy
The ideal candidate loves building things that make work better for people and is energized by turning ideas into tangible employee experiences. You naturally build trust with both employees and managers, enjoy both creative strategic work and operational discipline, and are comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous problems without requiring a playbook.
Location: This role is based in either Manchester, NH (headquarters) or Boston, MA. Those choosing Boston as primary office are expected to work from Manchester 2–3 days per week to foster collaboration and connection across the organization. The company operates a 5-day-a-week in-office culture, believing that collaboration, mentorship, and shared momentum are essential.
