Neko Health is a preventative healthcare company using proprietary technology and clinical care to deliver personalized health insights in a single, non-invasive visit. The company is scaling rapidly across Europe and seeks a People Enablement Partner to own payroll and employee lifecycle operations for Sweden and Germany.
In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the People function for two markets, working hands-on with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and Finance. You'll own end-to-end payroll processing, employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, offboarding, changes, mobility), and compliance tracking across both Sweden and Germany. You'll coordinate with local payroll providers, manage right-to-work checks, handle relocation logistics, and execute approved Workday data changes with accuracy and clean audit trails.
Key responsibilities include: reconciling payroll inputs and outputs against Workday before payday; staying ahead of compliance and statutory updates in both markets; administering day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes; building and maintaining scalable operating procedures and playbooks; and identifying operational inefficiencies to propose better ways of working.
You're expected to be a builder and problem-solver. The team is embedding AI into People operations, and you'll be empowered to create your own tools, automations, trackers, and dashboards to remove manual work—whether that's a live payroll reconciliation tracker, scheduled compliance checks, or dashboards that answer recurring questions before they reach the inbox. You'll contribute to quarterly request-volume audits and SOX-relevant controls.
This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role for someone who sees manual work and builds the tool to eliminate it, not someone who waits for direction. You'll scale processes as Neko scales, not create one-off fixes.
