The People & Culture Manager role is a strategic, execution-oriented position reporting to the Chief People Officer. This is a hybrid in-office role based in Boston with travel to the Manchester, NH office twice monthly. The role combines people experience strategy, culture building, leadership coaching, and operational partnership across the organization. Key responsibilities include: Employee Experience & Culture: Shape the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through development, engagement, and retention. Design immersive onboarding experiences, lead engagement initiatives including pulse surveys and recognition programs, partner with leaders on team health and communication, and serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers. Leadership Support & Talent Development: Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and team performance. Support performance conversations and growth planning with scalable resources. Build learning and development programs that support career progression. Facilitate trainings and workshops aligned with organizational needs. Contribute to talent and organizational planning as the company grows. People Processes & Operations: Partner with the CPO to design and evolve people programs, policies, and processes. Manage HRIS systems, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate people data. Support recruitment and onboarding operations. Contribute to strategic people initiatives and cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate is thoughtful, strategic, and execution-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and the ability to balance empathy with sound judgment.
