As a People Business Partner, you'll serve as a strategic and operational HR leader supporting executives, managers, and teams across non-exempt support, service, finance, and legal functions. You'll act as the primary HR partner for functional leaders from line managers to executives, helping build programs, processes, and initiatives that align people strategies with business priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering targeted HR solutions focused on scale and growth, including strategic planning, performance management, talent assessment, change management, and team building
- Managing company programming such as performance reviews, calibrations, manager workshops, and engagement survey action planning
- Supporting business priorities by diagnosing organizational needs, identifying talent gaps, and implementing practical talent solutions
- Serving as a functional subject matter expert in one or more areas of the People function
- Using data and insights to anticipate people-related challenges and propose proactive solutions
- Managing HRIS updates, employee records, and operational workflows to ensure accuracy and smooth employee experience
You'll establish yourself as a thought partner and confidant for leaders, handling HR transactions independently while driving initiatives that enhance engagement and retention. Success involves building trust with executive leadership, reinforcing company culture, and demonstrating a continuous-improvement mindset with strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of professional HR experience, preferably supporting service or sales leadership; experience scaling global and/or matrixed organizations; proficiency with spreadsheets, HRIS platforms, and employee data; solid knowledge of HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle best practices; proven ability to build trust with executive-level leadership; strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills; excellent communication and critical thinking abilities; demonstrated empathy and community-building experience.
