The People Business Partner will be a strategic HR professional supporting Pair Team's rapid scaling. Reporting to the Manager of People Business Partners, you'll partner closely with Clinical and Operations leadership to strengthen organizational infrastructure, manager effectiveness, and team health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Clinical and Operations leaders to develop people strategy aligned with business growth and organizational health
- Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, team development, engagement, and retention
- Own or co-lead core people programs: performance reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and organizational design
- Support cross-functional initiatives and day-to-day people operations for a growing, operations-heavy organization
- Build and improve company infrastructure to enable teams to scale with clarity, consistency, and support
