You will sit within People Operations and act as an escalation point for People Operations Specialists, providing guidance on matters requiring local interpretation or tailored approaches. You'll partner closely with Employee Relations & Compliance (who own jurisdictional frameworks and specialist expertise) and People Business Partners (who drive people initiatives and organizational changes). REQUIREMENTS: - Experience in an HR, People Operations, or HR generalist role, ideally with exposure to employee relations casework - Good understanding of local (Swedish) employment practices, employee relations, and HR policies, with ability to apply these in real-world situations - Ability to remain neutral and steady under pressure, including with senior stakeholders - Sound judgment on when to act versus when to escalate; preference for early flagging over guessing - Organized and detail-oriented with clear documentation standards so others can pick up cases seamlessly - Motivated by career progression and genuine interest in growing within People & HR - Comfortable working within a defined playbook while applying independent judgment to implementation
