You will join as a Peer Success Manager (Onboarding Manager) to onboard partners into Kaseya's industry-specific peer group program. Your primary responsibility is to guide and present new partners through logistic-specific onboarding calls, ensuring they complete all action items and are fully prepared to transition to their Program Manager and participate in their peer group (Pod).
Key responsibilities include:
- Guide and present new partners through one-on-one meetings to train on peer systems and processes
- Set appropriate expectations for partners regarding the peer program and define what success looks like
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of the program as it scales
- Support the Program Management team as needed
- Travel to quarterly meetings to network with partners and provide logistical assistance
