Justt is an AI-driven chargeback automation platform serving enterprise merchants, payment service providers (PSPs), and PayFacs. This is a senior, non-quota-carrying role focused on revenue growth and market leadership across EMEA. You will serve as Justt's primary external-facing expert on chargebacks and payments for the EMEA region. You sit at the intersection of Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, acting as the trusted authority with customers and the voice of the EMEA market internally. Key responsibilities include: **Strategic Account Support (~20%):** Be the go-to expert for EMEA's strategic merchants, PSPs, and PayFacs before and after sale. Join business reviews and escalations on top accounts when executive credibility is needed. Identify expansion angles (new MIDs, regions, PSPs, alerts/RDR strategies) and bring them to account owners. **External Representation (~25%):** Own Justt's EMEA event presence at major conferences (MRC, PLS, Money20/20 Europe, Merchant Payments Ecosystem, country forums). Lead roundtables, panels, and fireside chats. Sit on industry bodies and working groups (e.g., MRC EMEA committees, Payments Association). Recruit and co-host Justt Council (advisory/evangelist network) sessions. **Complex Deal Support (~35%):** Join executive calls on enterprise deals to frame chargeback strategy, ROI, and objection handling. Run dispute-strategy workshops with Heads of Payments, Risk, and Operations. Support PSP, acquirer, and PayFac co-selling. Coach account executives on the payments narrative to strengthen the team. **Thought Leadership (~15%):** Publish original EMEA perspectives via articles, LinkedIn, webinars, podcasts, and industry outlets (e.g., The Paypers). Cover EMEA-specific topics: PSD2/PSD3, SCA, 3DS liability shift, Visa VAMP, Compelling Evidence 3.0, Mastercard monitoring, local schemes (Cartes Bancaires, iDEAL/Wero), APMs, and agentic commerce. Interview customers for case studies and reference stories. Build reusable assets (talk tracks, one-pagers, benchmark decks) with Marketing and Enablement. **Voice of Customer (~5%):** Translate EMEA customer and market feedback into prioritized product input. Share scheme and regulatory changes with Sales, CS, and Product. Feed EMEA insights into go-to-market strategy. Success metrics: You'll impact deals from week one. In 90 days, you'll join live EMEA deal calls, build regional relationships, lead events, publish original content, and support 10+ active opportunities. Within a year, deals you support will close faster at higher win rates, and you'll be a recognized EMEA voice with regular speaking slots at top industry events. **Requirements:** The posting does not explicitly state years of experience, education, or certifications. However, the role clearly requires deep expertise in payments, chargebacks, and dispute resolution; strong executive presence and communication skills; ability to represent the company at industry forums and conferences; and experience in B2B SaaS or fintech sales enablement or business development.
