Salary: USD 28 - 34 / hourly

The company combines cutting-edge AI technology with a nationwide medical network to address physician shortages and deliver primary and specialty care across 26 specialties. The Patient Relations Liaison supports the Operations Manager of Patient Relations with strategic growth, community outreach, and marketing initiatives across two regions. This role focuses on patient engagement, community events, patient retention programs, reputation management, and initiatives designed to increase patient satisfaction, access to care, and organizational visibility. Key responsibilities include: - Assisting with regional growth and marketing efforts to increase patient engagement and retention - Representing the organization at community outreach events, health fairs, and networking opportunities - Supporting initiatives to strengthen organizational reputation and patient experience across both regions - Gathering patient feedback and testimonials to identify service enhancement opportunities - Collaborating with clinic operations teams to improve patient access and communication - Planning and coordinating community outreach events and marketing activities - Supporting patient communication campaigns and educational initiatives - Monitoring online patient feedback and reviews, escalating concerns appropriately - Assisting with regulatory audits and documentation related to patient grievances - Participating in cross-functional projects focused on patient experience and operational excellence - Maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, customer service expertise, conflict resolution abilities, and a passion for enhancing patient experience and organizational growth. REQUIREMENTS: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Minimum 2 years of experience in patient relations, healthcare operations, customer service, or related healthcare role - Knowledge of healthcare operations, patient rights, HIPAA regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements - Strong problem-solving abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion - Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and healthcare information systems - Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods, move/carry objects up to 20 pounds, move between work sites, and use laptop/keyboard PREFERRED: - 3+ years of patient relations or healthcare customer service experience - Experience in medical group, ambulatory care, hospital, or managed care environment - Knowledge of patient satisfaction metrics and patient experience improvement methodologies - Bilingual skills
