GoCardless is a global bank payment company processing US$130bn+ annually across 30+ countries. The company enables over 100,000 businesses to collect, manage, and send bank payments through Direct Debit, real-time payments, and open banking, with AI-powered solutions for payment success and fraud reduction. You will own and expand the global marketing strategy for GoCardless's fast-growing Partner Programme, which includes hundreds of technology, referral, and reseller partners worldwide. Currently, partner marketing is largely manual and one-off; your role is to systematize and scale it. Key responsibilities include: - Build and own the global marketing plan for the Partner Programme - Design always-on campaigns that partners can self-serve (email, co-branded content, digital assets) - Create co-marketing playbooks and assets for regional teams to reuse and localize - Manage partner communications and engagement (newsletters, webinars, touchpoints) - Convert one-off partner requests into repeatable, scalable programmes - Support partner events with marketing assets, data management, and on-site coordination - Track performance metrics: sign-ups, partner-sourced pipeline, merchant activation, and retention You'll report to the Partner Marketing Manager within Commercial Demand Generation, collaborating closely with the Partner Programme Manager and regional marketing leads across UK&I, North America, and France. This is a global remit with significant autonomy to shape the programme. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in partner marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle/growth marketing. You're a strong communicator who can write engaging newsletters and design compelling webinars. You're comfortable across the full marketing mix (campaigns, content, email, events) and excel at project management and prioritization. You're data-driven, commercially minded, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration. Experience with Salesforce, Crossbeam, or Impartner is valued. Background in B2B fintech, payments, or tech is preferred, as is prior experience scaling partner or affiliate programmes.
