Payhawk is a global spend management platform combining company cards, reimbursable expenses, and accounts payable into a single product. As Partnerships Manager for the France region, you will own the full lifecycle of partner relationships and channel strategy. You will prospect and recruit new partners from the ERP software integrator, ISV, financial adviser, and accounting firm ecosystems. Your core responsibilities include developing the regional partner go-to-market strategy, providing sales-enablement training to partner business development teams, negotiating contracts, tracking and assigning leads within Payhawk's sales organization, identifying and cultivating internal champions at partner companies, coordinating co-marketing campaigns, reporting on partner performance, and representing Payhawk at industry conferences and events.
This role requires close collaboration with Payhawk's sales, customer success, solution engineering, marketing, and legal teams. You will be expected to deliver presentations both online and in person, and some business travel is required.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in channel management or sales-related roles (Partner Manager, Channel Manager, Account Executive)
- Experience in a SaaS company selling to mid-market and large companies strongly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving company targets
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or SAP ecosystems considered a plus
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and proficiency in CRM software
- Knowledge of fintech industry, financial accounting skills, and ERP knowledge are valuable
- Energetic, highly motivated individual comfortable with ambiguity and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to think strategically and execute at both high level and in day-to-day operations
- Strong data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and build trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or international management preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally
