Anysphere, maker of Cursor (an AI-native code editor), is seeking a Partner Technical Manager to lead and scale strategic partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). You will own the full lifecycle of high-impact GSI relationships, from strategy development through execution and revenue impact.
In this role, you'll be the accountable owner for a portfolio of strategic GSI partnerships, setting direction and establishing operating cadence across internal and partner stakeholders. You'll develop joint business plans, execution roadmaps, and success metrics that drive measurable outcomes. Your responsibilities include building durable operating models with clear governance, executive alignment, and regular business reviews.
You'll drive joint go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing teams, spanning field enablement, positioning, and demand generation. Working closely with Solutions, Product, and Engineering, you'll identify repeatable use cases and scalable delivery patterns that enable GSI partners to build deep expertise in advisory, implementation, and managed services.
Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll partner with Security, Legal, and Commercial teams to establish trust and compliance frameworks for partner-led work. You'll monitor performance against clear metrics, resolve execution bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement across the partnership portfolio.
You bring significant experience leading strategic GSI, alliance, or channel partnerships in enterprise software, cloud, consulting, or AI. You have deep understanding of how GSIs operate across enterprise customers and delivery organizations, with a proven track record of scaling partnerships from early strategy through field activation and measurable business impact. Strong technical and product fluency allows you to partner effectively with Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams. You're comfortable navigating enterprise security, privacy, governance, and commercial frameworks, with exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive presence in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
