inDrive is a global mobility platform where passengers and drivers agree on prices together. The company is building a Loyalty Program that rewards passengers with real value through partnerships rather than endless promotions.
As Partnership Manager, Loyalty, you will own the benefits side of this program globally across all inDrive markets. You will shape the value proposition across three benefit types: external benefits co-funded by banks and consumer brands; internal benefits funded by inDrive; and product benefits built into the app. You will be the first dedicated hire on this workstream, reporting directly to the Global Director of Loyalty.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and prioritize the global partner pipeline with local depth in your region, selecting partners by fit rather than volume
- Lead negotiations with Strategic Alliances teams at banks and financial groups, guiding them through internal approvals (Risk, Legal, Product, Finance)
- Structure and negotiate term sheets, campaign terms, and settlement mechanics with Legal and Finance teams
- Shape value propositions for both external and internal benefits while maintaining coherence for passengers
- Champion product benefits internally by building cases with Product teams to integrate app features into the loyalty offer
- Run experimentation across all benefit types from hypothesis through test design and readout to find optimal adoption rates
- Work with Product and Fintech teams to ensure every agreement runs on native product and wallet infrastructure
- Define the partner offer catalog and criteria for declining offers that don't provide fair passenger value
- Track benefit and partner performance metrics (adoption, redemptions, incrementality, ROI) and report to leadership
- Represent inDrive to partner executives across markets
You will influence without formal authority, moving multiple internal teams and external partners simultaneously. You translate between worlds—explaining inDrive's model to banks and banking requirements to internal teams. You have judgment to decline volume that doesn't serve passengers while maintaining relationships. You communicate clearly with executives and work autonomously through long negotiation cycles, prioritizing fair value for passengers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 to 10 years in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development, with at least 3 years in loyalty, cashback, fintech, payments, super-apps, or marketplaces
- Track record negotiating co-funded campaigns or agreements with external funders (banks, card issuers, large consumer brands)
- Experience working with Strategic Alliances teams at banks or financial groups and navigating their internal approval chains
- Experience structuring deals with Legal and Finance: term sheets, campaign terms, settlements
- Hands-on experience designing and running experiments on benefits or offers (A/B tests, pilots) and acting on results
- Comfort with data: reading redemption dashboards, understanding incrementality and campaign ROI
- Fluent Spanish and English
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience inside a bank, card issuer, fintech, or existing network in one or more of inDrive's markets
- Knowledge of banking and fintech ecosystems in emerging markets across Latin America, Asia, or Africa
- Experience with both funding models (partner prefunds incentive or platform advances and settles later)
- Background in ride-hailing, delivery, or mobility
- Having launched a partner program from scratch
- Interest in purpose-driven initiatives
