Carwow is a leading European online car marketplace that combines technology, media, and automotive expertise. The company operates one of Europe's largest car-buying platforms, with nearly £3bn in cars bought on-site last year and £1.8bn listed through their Sell My Car service. Following the 2024 acquisition of Autovia (AutoExpress and Evo magazines), Carwow now reaches over 350 million annually across web, print, and YouTube (10m subscribers, 1.1bn annual views).
As Partnership Account Director, you will lead strategic relationships with C-suite and SLT contacts at Enterprise and Franchise Dealer groups, positioning Carwow as their primary stock-sourcing partner. This is a field-based, autonomous role focused on revenue growth within a high-performance culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new partner relationships with target organizations through internal and external networking
- Delivering polished sales presentations on Carwow's stock-buying solutions and market positioning
- Embedding Carwow as a valued stock-sourcing solution across dealer networks
- Driving sustained revenue growth by increasing buyer platform adoption and stock-buying volume
- Providing exceptional account management to partners, understanding their business fundamentals and commercial objectives
- Collaborating with Account Managers on joint business plans, escalating challenges to senior stakeholders
- Building trusted relationships with key group contacts
- Managing CRM data in Salesforce with accuracy and timeliness
- Contributing to product innovation and marketing initiatives
- Developing deep automotive industry knowledge
Interview process includes an introductory call, a strategic/experience deep-dive with hiring manager and PAD lead, a task-based competency assessment (case study presentation), and a final face-to-face with senior executives.
