Mistral is a full-stack AI company providing frontier models, developer tools, applications, and compute infrastructure. They partner with enterprises across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector to co-create customized AI systems.
As Partner Technical Enablement Manager for EMEA, you will build and scale repeatable enablement programs that empower partners to confidently position, implement, and support Mistral AI solutions. You'll own the end-to-end enablement strategy for the region, creating reusable technical assets and driving adoption across partner channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical assets: demos, reference architectures, and adaptable pilots
- Develop and deliver training materials and courses for the partner training platform
- Drive enablement at scale through training, conference sessions, and certification programs
- Represent Mistral at partner, customer, and industry events, including executive briefings and developer conferences
- Lead or support partner-focused technical workshops, hackathons, and community events
- Provide feedback to GTM, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams on partner needs and market signals
You should have extensive experience with systems integrators or technology ecosystems (ideally hyperscaler experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), a proven track record building and scaling partner enablement programs, and strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and advanced implementations. You'll be skilled at leading hands-on technical sessions, creating compelling demonstrations, and producing high-quality technical content across multiple formats. Strong Python or TypeScript skills are required.
Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with learning platforms (SCORM/LMS), hands-on enterprise deployment experience, and proficiency with AI tools for content creation.
