Float is Canada's intelligent financial operating system, combining modern financial services and software to help businesses spend, save, and grow. The company is one of Canada's fastest-growing startups, backed by world-class investors including Inovia Capital, Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and OMERS Ventures. Float recently raised $85 million in Series C funding and serves over 10,000 Canadian companies with corporate cards, automated expense management, bill payments, and high-yield accounts. As Partner Success Manager, you will own the relationship between Float and its partner ecosystem—accounting firms, bookkeepers, fractional CFOs, affiliates, VCs, and consultants who refer clients. Partner-referred customers show higher activation, adoption, and retention rates than direct channels, and this segment is growing rapidly. The role comes with significant scope from day one: you'll own strategy, build the playbook, and help scale the channel. Key responsibilities include growing the partner book by increasing average clients per partner, owning monthly and quarterly business reviews, managing multi-product attach and partner payouts, and re-engaging partners on Float's full product suite. You'll serve as the partner's direct line for support across all client accounts, maintaining response standards higher than standard customer support since partners manage books of 5 to 1,000 clients each. You'll also be the voice of the partner channel, flagging operational gaps that block scale, pushing for data to measure partner performance, and bringing partner feedback into product and process conversations. Success in this role requires putting customers first, acting like an owner, thinking big and moving fast, constantly learning and growing, raising the bar on execution, and winning as a team. You'll collaborate across Sales, Support, Approvals, and Product to build a motion that doesn't yet exist and create urgency on behalf of partners.
