Abridge is an AI-powered healthcare platform that transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. Founded in 2018, the company uses purpose-built, auditable AI to help providers trust and verify AI-generated clinical documentation.
As Partner Success Director, you will own the end-to-end relationship with health system partners, serving as the primary point of contact for executives, clinicians, and operational teams. This is a high-touch, strategic role focused on a focused book of partners rather than high-volume management.
Key responsibilities include:
Partner Development: Build and maintain executive, operational, and technical relationships across health system partners. Serve as the trusted advisor to health system leaders, offering strategic guidance that connects Abridge's capabilities to clinical and operational priorities. Conduct regular executive business reviews assessing product performance and value attainment. Identify and advance expansion opportunities with clear ROI articulation. Track partner expansion metrics and contribute directly to revenue growth and retention targets.
Clinician Success: Develop deep relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals, understanding their workflows and pain points. Provide product training and onboarding support. Proactively identify and address issues, collaborating with internal teams for timely resolutions. Monitor clinician satisfaction and adoption data, converting signals into targeted interventions that drive sustainable utilization.
Partner Advocacy: Partner internally across sales, product, and cross-functional teams to drive partner growth and remove adoption barriers. Serve as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights and feedback to drive improvements. Contribute to developing partner success resources, case studies, and engagement materials.
You bring proven experience in customer-facing roles (management consulting, enterprise SaaS, or health system innovation), strong understanding of healthcare dynamics and large health enterprise challenges, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, technical aptitude to understand complex software solutions, and genuine passion for improving healthcare delivery through AI.
