Chariot is building modern, end-to-end payment infrastructure for nonprofits, processing over $1.8B in annualized payment volume. The company is transforming how the $600B annual US charitable giving ecosystem operates, serving tens of thousands of nonprofits including American Cancer Society, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and University of Pennsylvania. As the first dedicated post-sale partner success team member, you will own the complete partner lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Your core responsibilities include driving retention and partner health across Chariot's growing partner base, reducing time-to-value through standardized onboarding processes, increasing adoption of core features and new product releases, and serving as the connective tissue between partners and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing). You are a load-bearing operator with high agency and urgency—someone who takes ownership and sees problems as yours to solve. You combine strong strategic instincts with excellent execution, are comfortable owning difficult partner conversations and managing senior stakeholder relationships, and communicate clearly both externally and internally across functions. Chariot operates from its NYC headquarters with in-person expectations Monday through Thursday and work-from-home Fridays. The team includes over 30% former founders and operates transparently via a public employee handbook. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare (100% covered options), 18 days PTO plus 13 holidays, 100% paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers), weekly team lunches, free dinner daily after 8pm at the office, monthly team building, employee-friendly equity (2-year exercise window, double-trigger acceleration), and 2-3 company retreats annually.
