Vercel is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to lead enablement and pre-sales initiatives with solution and consulting partners (SIs and GSIs) across EMEA, with primary focus on the DACH region. This hybrid role is based in London or Berlin with a required 3 days per week in office.
You will serve as the subject matter expert on Vercel and Next.js to partner engineering teams and leadership. Key responsibilities include running Vercel's partner certification program in the region—delivering certification workshops, reviewing projects, and guiding partner engineers through the program. You'll create and deliver technical training on Next.js and Vercel best practices, including building agents and AI applications on the platform.
The role involves delivering one-to-many technical workshops for partner engineering teams and authoring workshop content. You'll run and support partner hackathons that build skills and surface joint solutions. You'll provide pre-sales support where partners are engaged, including proofs of concept, technical deep dives, and deal unblocking alongside Vercel's sales and sales engineering teams.
You'll be the main technical contact for SIs and GSIs in the region, building lasting relationships with their engineering teams and practice leadership. You'll also build templates and solutions that equip partner communities with best practices for delivering with Vercel.
Required qualifications: 4+ years as a solutions engineer advising or consulting engineering teams; 6+ years building and launching frontend applications with Next.js or React; fluency in German and/or French (spoken) alongside professional English; experience within agencies, systems integrators, or consulting firms; background in developer relations including training, talks, and technical content production; results-driven mindset in fast-paced environments; comfort with remote, globally distributed cross-functional teams; excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills; experience driving web technology adoption or pre-sales; based in EMEA with ability to travel 20% of the time.
