Datadog is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect for the EMEA region to serve as a technical expert supporting the company's channel partner ecosystem. You will work closely with Datadog's Director of Adoption Services and the Channels & Alliances business segment, acting as a trusted technical advisor to partners such as Systems Integrators and Managed Services Providers. Key responsibilities include: - Onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources - Joint business planning and review sessions with partners to ensure alignment between Datadog and partner technical teams - Supporting partner technical initiatives including customer demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, and best-practice coaching - Advocating for partners' technical concerns (use cases, feature requests, support issues) with internal Datadog teams - Analyzing partner service offerings and recommending enhancements through greater Datadog adoption - Collaborating with product management, engineering, and technical services to identify and prioritize new features - Curating and evolving best practices for Datadog platform adoption You bring solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations experience. You are a self-starter with strong business acumen, able to articulate Datadog's value from technical to executive audiences. Desired experience includes observability platforms (Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, Dynatrace), public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab). Bonus experience includes prior channel partner support roles, hands-on Datadog or cloud monitoring tool usage, and root-cause analysis expertise. Must be an EU resident.
