Alkira, a Lumen company, is seeking an experienced Partner Solutions Architect to join its rapidly growing channel team. The role focuses on enabling and supporting strategic partners in the US and globally to deploy Alkira's cloud-native networking platform. Key responsibilities include: - Training & Enablement: Conduct technical training sessions for partners to build knowledge of the Alkira and Lumen joint solution, ensuring partners can effectively position and sell the offering. - Solution Development: Collaborate with partners to architect customer solutions addressing networking and security requirements, translating business needs into technical designs. - Content Creation: Develop marketing and enablement materials including slides, videos, and documentation for partner consumption and customer-facing use. - Events & Webinars: Represent Alkira at partner events, industry conferences, and webinars to evangelize the platform and build market awareness. - Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, equipping partners with differentiation strategies and market insights. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure partners have necessary resources and support. - Continuous Learning: Stay current with Alkira innovations through hands-on labs, documentation review, and technical training. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, or similar technical partner/customer-facing roles. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is required. Strong networking and security technology expertise is essential; cloud skills (AWS, Azure, GCP) are preferred. Excellent communication abilities, analytical problem-solving skills, and proven ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders are critical.
