ServiceTitan is seeking a Partner Integration & Certification Architect to lead the development and enhancement of their App Marketplace partner ecosystem. This senior individual contributor role combines technical enablement, API solutioning, and partner success responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include advising third-party developers and partners on API integration best practices, reviewing partner solution architectures, and providing hands-on technical support using tools like Postman. You will lead the technical certification process for partner apps, ensuring they meet functional, security, and compliance standards before marketplace publication. This includes validating app quality, documenting feedback, and helping partners remediate issues.
You'll contribute to and improve technical documentation, integration guides, and Postman collections. You'll run technical workshops and office hours for partner enablement, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketplace operations teams to continuously improve the certification process and partner onboarding experience. A critical aspect of the role is capturing partner feedback and advocating internally to improve API offerings and overall partner experience.
The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of technical experience involving API integrations, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical account management. You need strong hands-on expertise with RESTful APIs, Postman, and authentication frameworks like OAuth 2.0. Prior experience advising external technical teams or customers on integration projects is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) is required.
You should be a strong communicator who can explain technical topics clearly to both partner engineers and business stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving, project planning, and organizational skills are critical, as is the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and deadlines simultaneously. Leadership qualities—professionalism, proactivity, critical thinking, and strategic thinking—are valued, along with a collaborative mindset and self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
