Datadog is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to join its technical solutions team in Seoul. This role bridges Datadog's product expertise with channel partner success, supporting cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation initiatives across the Korean market. You will be the trusted technical advisor for Datadog's partner ecosystem in Korea, responsible for partner enablement, training, and certification of technical resources. Key responsibilities include leading joint business planning sessions with partners, collaborating on customer demonstrations and proofs of value, and advocating for partner technical concerns within Datadog's product and engineering teams. You'll analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to enhance value through deeper Datadog adoption. You'll work closely with product management, engineering, and technical services to identify feature priorities and continuously develop best practices for platform adoption and customer success. The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of customer or partner-facing technical experience, with hands-on expertise in IT development and operations. You must be fluent in Korean (native level, written and spoken) to communicate directly with Korean partners. Technical depth in observability platforms (Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, Dynatrace), public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab), or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go) is essential. Prior experience supporting systems integrators or managed services providers is a strong plus. Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace, valuing office culture and collaboration while supporting work-life balance. The company offers comprehensive benefits including equity (RSUs), professional development, mentorship programs, and an inclusive culture.
