Mistral is a full-stack AI company providing frontier models, developer tools, applications, and compute infrastructure. They partner with enterprises across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector to co-create customized AI systems.
As an early member of the Partner Team based in Dubai, you will drive adoption of Mistral's enterprise AI platform and models across the MENA region. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
Pre-Sale & Sales: Execute technical discovery with partners and prospective clients to understand their AI needs and challenges. Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and qualify opportunities where Mistral solutions deliver maximum value. Create and maintain partner enablement assets including technical decks, documentation, videos, and reference architectures. Drive enablement at scale across partner technical and sales teams. Develop strategic customer visions aligned with their business outcomes and required capabilities.
Product Implementation & Integration: Serve as "user zero" to test newly-deployed models and features, documenting issues and suggesting improvements to engineering teams. Guide partners and customers in deploying Mistral's text completion API into their infrastructure. Support model fine-tuning for specific customer requirements. Build tooling for quality control of model deployments across cloud platforms. Liaise regularly with product and technical teams to relay feedback.
Customer & Partner Success: Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure customers maximize product potential. Provide post-deployment support and address challenges promptly. Offer recommendations for product optimizations based on customer feedback. Develop custom features as needed.
You bring previous experience in technical partner pre-sales, consulting, or solutions architecture roles with strong partner and customer-facing interactions. You have hands-on experience deploying AI solutions, strong Python development skills, and working knowledge of cloud architecture and AI/ML deployment patterns. You excel at managing complex implementation projects from discovery through delivery, running solution design workshops, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. You have proven stakeholder management skills including C-level interactions, outstanding presentation abilities, and the capacity to adapt messaging for technical and business audiences. A Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field is required. Familiarity with deal qualification methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) is a plus. Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are ideal.
