Anthropic is seeking a Partner Sales Manager for Systems Integrators to own a portfolio of global and regional SI partners and drive revenue through these relationships. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships and sales, requiring you to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at firms like Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC, and align on joint go-to-market plans.
You will work directly with Anthropic's Sales Leaders, Account Executives, and Solutions Architects to bring partners into the sales cycle at strategic moments, ensuring clear roles, clean handoffs, and shared accountability for outcomes. You'll own the commercial relationship with assigned SI partners, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue against defined targets. Your responsibilities include developing and executing joint go-to-market plans with each partner, including target account mapping, pipeline generation activities, and co-sell motions with Anthropic's direct sales team.
As an early-stage motion, the playbook is still being written, giving you real influence over how Anthropic engages SIs, what success looks like for partner-sourced pipeline, and how the company equips integrators to build durable Claude practices. You'll collaborate with enablement and program teams to ensure partners are trained, certified, and equipped with materials to position Claude effectively. You'll track pipeline health, forecast partner-attached revenue, and surface blockers early so cross-functional teams can help resolve them.
You'll gather signal from partner interactions—what's landing, what's missing, where clients push back—and feed insights into product and go-to-market planning. You'll contribute to developing partner sales processes, playbooks, and best practices as the function scales. You report to the Head of Partner Sales and work closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and Product.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, alliances, business development, or direct sales at technology companies where partners are heavily involved. You should have a demonstrated track record of driving revenue through partners, strong commercial instincts, and experience operating in early-stage or high-growth environments. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels are essential, along with a collaborative working style and comfort with ambiguity. Willingness to travel to support partner relationships and genuine interest in AI safety and responsible development are expected.
