Docker is seeking an experienced Partner Sales Manager to drive growth across US Central through channel partnerships. You'll recruit, enable, and scale solution partners and resellers while managing regional partner revenue targets focused on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ARR. Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional reseller and channel partner plans aligned with Docker's go-to-market strategy, recruiting and onboarding new solution partners and VARs, and owning partner pipeline management including deal registration, forecasting, and execution reviews. You'll maintain regular partner cadence covering pipeline, performance, enablement needs, and growth opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with Docker's Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical Account teams to align partner motions and ensure strong alignment between direct sales and reseller partners. You'll drive net new business through reseller-led and co-sell motions, enable partners with training and tools to effectively sell Docker's product portfolio, and activate joint sales plays and regional campaigns. The role requires 10+ years of enterprise and/or channel sales experience, including selling through solution partners or VARs. You should have a proven track record building and scaling reseller or channel programs in startup or high-growth environments, experience driving joint marketing programs with partners, and background in software, developer tools, DevOps, or security. A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required. In your first 30 days, you'll complete onboarding, learn Docker's partner model and key segments, build relationships with stakeholders and priority partners, and develop a regional reseller strategy. By day 60, you'll establish structured engagement with top partners, align on performance metrics and enablement priorities, and collaborate on demand-generation plans. By day 90, you'll launch joint initiatives, drive partner enablement, and begin tracking performance indicators. Docker is a remote-first company with offices in Seattle and Paris. The company offers generous PTO, quarterly Whaleness Days, home office support, technology stipend, learning and development budget, 16 weeks paid parental leave, and equity for all full-time employees.
