Docker is seeking an experienced Partner Sales Manager to drive growth across Central EMEA (DACH & CEE regions). This role leads Docker's channel partner strategy, recruiting and scaling a high-performing reseller ecosystem while managing partner pipelines, deal registration, and forecasting. Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional reseller and channel partner plans aligned with Docker's go-to-market strategy and revenue goals. You will recruit, onboard, and activate new solution partners and regional VARs, own partner pipeline management including deal registration and key account planning, and maintain regular partner cadence covering pipeline, performance, enablement needs, and growth opportunities. Cross-functional collaboration is central to the role. You will partner closely with Docker Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical Account teams to align partner motions and execution, ensuring strong alignment between direct sales teams and reseller partners to maximize coverage and deal velocity. You will drive net new business through reseller-led and co-sell motions, enable partners with training, tools, and assets required to effectively sell Docker's product portfolio, and activate joint sales plays, regional campaigns, and partner-driven demand generation initiatives. Required qualifications include 10+ years of enterprise and/or channel sales experience, proven track record building and scaling reseller or channel programs in startup or high-growth environments, and experience driving joint marketing programs with partners. Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage, and Eastern European languages (Polish, Romanian, Croatian) are nice-to-have. Background in software, developer tools, DevOps, or security is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) required. Docker is a remote-first company with offices in Seattle and Paris. The role offers generous PTO, quarterly Whaleness Days, home office support, technology stipend, learning & development budget, 16 weeks paid parental leave, and equity participation.
