As Partner Marketing Manager, you will build and scale marketing programs across Samsara's insurance and OEM partnerships. You'll develop joint go-to-market strategies, activate high-impact partner programs, and create scalable mechanisms for partners to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and adoption of the Connected Operations Cloud platform. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and managing joint go-to-market strategies for insurance and OEM partners, aligning on priorities, audiences, positioning, routes to market, and success metrics - Building and scaling partner marketing motions from strategy through execution, including co-branded campaigns, partner launches, events, webinars, customer stories, thought leadership, partner communications, and seller enablement - Establishing trusted relationships with partner stakeholders and serving as a strategic marketing advisor, identifying opportunities that create value for partners, mutual customers, and Samsara - Collaborating with Partner Sales, Partner Programs, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field and Event Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand, Communications, and Marketing Operations teams - Translating business priorities into integrated marketing strategies and measuring impact through defined success metrics You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic thinking with executional detail. The ideal candidate brings experience in partner marketing, strong relationship-building skills, and a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
